Banff Park Lodge offers 24 Standard Rooms, 168 Superior Rooms with 2 queen beds, or a king bed and sofa bed. Some Superior King rooms feature walk-in showers and heated bathroom floors. The eight Deluxe Jacuzzi Rooms include a two-person Jacuzzi, king bed, and a bathroom with a two-person walk-in shower and double vanity. The three Executive Suites feature a separate living room, king bed, jetted tub, body spray shower, and double vanity. The two Parlour Suites feature a king bed, sitting area, gas fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, bar, and a granite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and double vanity. For larger groups, the six Lodge Suites are double the size of the Superior Rooms, and have two queen beds, a sitting area with sofa bed, and two full-size granite bathrooms; one with a jetted tub and vanity, and another with a two-person walk-in shower and a separate vanity. The Peaks Hotel & Suites and Bow View Lodge may offer other options.

La Terrazza serves authentic Italian dishes with a curated wine list and views of Sulphur Mountain and Mount Norquay. Crave Mountain Grill is also located on-site. Bluebird is a wood-fired steakhouse inspired by mid-century chalets. The Terrace Lounge has a full bar that serves cocktails, wine, and beer.

The renovated pool area features a swimming pool, plunge pool, Eucalyptus steam room, and hot tub. There is also an exercise area with a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and free weights. Guests can explore Banff National Park with Black Diamond Bike and Paddle rentals located in the promenade for cycling and stand up paddle boarding.
